Program Manager, Community Engagement

Consolata (Connie) serves as the Program Manager for Community Engagement at RTW Foundation, where she leads the expansion of the BioQuest STEM Education Mentoring Program and oversees various public health initiatives. In this role, Connie combines her passion for education and healthcare to foster community growth and development.

Prior to joining RTW Foundation, Connie fostered strategic partnerships, managed grant portfolios, and led the disbursement of scholarships for students in Social Impact at GoodRx. Connie served as a program manager for COVID-19 contact tracing and vaccine distribution with local health departments in California and New York for two years. At the New York Administration for Children’s Services, she led health and wellness programs focusing on mental and physical health and created a health resource guide for social workers and youth. She also published a nutrition research project with the World Food Programme which identified bottlenecks in malnutrition programs in Matam, Senegal.

Connie holds a Master of Public Health from New York University, where she was a Social Sector Leadership Diversity Fellow, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Public Health. She recently completed a certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania.

I am inspired by working towards a healthcare system that promotes access to holistic, quality, and accessible programs thereby reducing health disparities. It’s a privilege and joy to work with, learn from and contribute to a team that diligently brings together diverse and experienced expertise to collaboratively support and positively impact communities. As Helen Keller said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."
